Notto Terms of Use

By using Notto, you agree to use the app for personal note taking, organization, handwriting, voice capture, export, and local backup.

Use Of The App

You are responsible for the notes, audio, handwriting, backup files, exported files, and shared content you create with Notto. Do not use Notto to create, store, export, or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Local-First Storage

Notto stores app data locally on your device in this MVP. Cloud sync is not included. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important notes.

Free And Pro

Core note taking is available in Free. Notto Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Pro unlocks higher voice limits, advanced export, larger media workflows, advanced organization, themes/covers/templates, and local backup/restore tools. Purchases, refunds, and store account management are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Availability

Notto may change over time. Some features may be improved, added, removed, or adjusted during beta and early release.

Limitations

Notto is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Local-First Saklama

Bu MVP sürümünde Notto uygulama verisini cihazınızda local olarak saklar. Cloud sync yoktur. Önemli notlarınız için backup almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Free Ve Pro

Temel not alma Free planda kullanılabilir. Notto Pro tek seferlik non-consumable uygulama içi satın almadır. Pro; daha yüksek ses limiti, gelişmiş export, büyük medya akışları, gelişmiş organizasyon, tema/kapak/şablon ve local backup/restore araçlarını açar. Satın alma, iade ve mağaza hesap yönetimi Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden yürütülür.

Kullanılabilirlik

Notto zaman içinde değişebilir. Bazı özellikler beta ve erken yayın sürecinde iyileştirilebilir, eklenebilir, kaldırılabilir veya düzenlenebilir.

Sınırlamalar

Notto, kanunun izin verdiği en geniş kapsamda olduğu gibi sunulur.
